- Fee for an attending child under elementary school is free, but a child must be accompanied by an attending parent or a guardian.
- Attending / Supporting membership fee is not refundable, but the membership can be transferred to the other person. If you have transferred your membership to someone else, please notify Hal-con committee prior to the event. The membership can be transferred at the door, but it will require some time to issue the badge.

- Discount rates apply only to the members with their ID at the registration. Please do not forget to show your ID at registration or else you will need to pay the amount of differecne to the membership fee.
- If you have transferred your membership to other person and if there is amount difference to the membership fee, members are required to pay the difference at the registration. The membership fee is not refundable.
- Multiple discounts will not be applied. The highest discount rate will be applied.
